Combining neuroscience-informed coaching techniques with the traditional principles of Ikigai, we focus on one meaningful shift at a time — so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Ikigai: the Japanese philosophy of
"a life worth living".
You may not be planning a big shift.
You may simply be aware that the next chapter awaits: a change in work status, relationship, identity, or how you want your life to feel.
Exploring life - what's working, what's "off" - through the traditional principles of Ikigai is a gentler and more holistic approach than trying to work out your "one purpose".
Many of my clients are capable professionals who have built successful careers and meaningful lives. But as midlife transitions appear, something begins to shift.
· Redundancy or a conscious move toward rewirement
Menopause affecting energy or confidence
A role or relationship that no longer feels aligned
Children leaving home or relocation
A subtle sense that life has drifted slightly off course
My coaching work blends the Japanese philosophy of Ikigai — “a life worth living” - with practical, neuroscience-backed dynamic coaching tools to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Rather than searching for one big answer, we work with awareness, energy, beliefs, and attention
— one goal at a time.
We often begin with the Ikigai Alignment Snapshot™ — a structured reflection that highlights what feels full in your life, and what needs attention.
From there, using my 5-step Ikigai D.R.E.A.M. Method™, we focus on one meaningful goal at a time — identifying blockers, shifting limiting patterns and building steady momentum.
Over a 4 or 8 week sustained Coaching and Mentoring Programme.
This is for individuals that:
Are high-functioning and self-aware - and want more alignment
Value clarity and self-leadership over quick fixes
Want to approach future decisions proactively, not reactively
