Who it's for
If you can describe how you feel, but not yet what to do about it
Some clients can see a change coming — redundancy they sense but haven't been told about, rewirement approaching, work being rewritten by AI. Others are already out the other side. Starting earlier is easier, but wherever you begin, the work is the same.
What they have in common: a career they're proud of, the capability to do something about it, and no obvious next rung on the ladder.
The method
The D.R.E.A.M. Method™
Five steps, one goal at a time — and a cycle you can run again whenever life changes.
- D
Discover what matters now
Explore what drives you, what you value, and what a fulfilling next chapter would look like for you.
- R
Review your options
Make sense of what you've discovered, explore possible directions, and choose a meaningful goal to work towards.
- E
Energise your thinking
Identify what's holding you back, and build practical ways to respond when self-doubt, limiting beliefs or indecision get in the way.
- A
Activate your next steps
Turn your goal into practical action. Decide what you'll try, how you'll approach it, and when you'll start. Test, refine, test again.
- M
Maintain momentum
Review progress, learn from what you've tried, and adjust your next steps — with support and accountability along the way.

- One goal, chosen in the first session
- Fewer techniques, more client-led conversation
- Option to extend to the full eight weeks

Price discussed on the call
The eight-week programme varies: paying in full, agreeing to a testimonial, and whether you want the Rewirement Framework all change the figure. I'll be straight about it on the call.
The D.R.E.A.M. Method™
- Eight sessions across eight to twelve weeks
- The full toolkit, worksheets and journal
- Support between sessions throughout
- Your Rewirement Framework 1.0, built with you
Prices are per programme, not per hour. What varies is length, depth and how much support you want between sessions — we'll work that out on the call, and there's no obligation either way. Ongoing Momentum sessions are available once a programme is complete.
How the work actually works
Not just good conversations
Eight weeks of structured coaching using around twenty neuroscience-informed techniques — trained through Authentic Education, and chosen for the problem in front of us.
Talking things through helps. It rarely changes anything on its own. What changes things is working deliberately on what is driving the behaviour — the values underneath a decision, the belief that keeps you circling the same thought, the fear that makes an obvious step feel impossible. Each technique exists for a specific job, and we use the one the situation calls for.
- ImaginActionAn end-to-end goal-setting process: from what you want, through what it will take, to what you do on Monday.
- Values Track LinkingDiscovering what you actually value, and getting your decisions lined up behind it.
- Shadow ValuesResolving a values conflict — the usual reason a habit will not change, or a sensible decision keeps not happening.
- Resource AnchorsBuilding a reliable way back into a strong state, to break a habitual response or move out of feeling stuck.
- Universal Freedom TechniqueFor a trapped emotion held in the body, or when you can feel something is in the way but cannot name where it came from.
- Future BelongingLoosening the pull of where you have been, so the next chapter has somewhere to attach to.
- What 3 PlaysFor when a goal feels overwhelming and you do not know where to start — breaking it into chunks small enough to actually begin.
These are seven of around twenty techniques I trained in. Which ones we use depends entirely on what is in the way. Neuroscience-informed simply means the techniques work with how the brain actually forms habits and makes decisions, rather than relying on willpower. New neural pathways form faster than most people assume — which is why change is usually more available than it feels.
Questions people ask
Before you book
Do I need to know what I want first?
No. Most clients arrive able to describe how they feel but not what to do about it. Working that out is the first part of the programme, not a prerequisite for it.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-looking and practical. If something needs therapeutic support, I'll say so and help you find it.
What if I'm not ready to leave my job?
Good. Most of my clients aren't leaving anything yet. Deciding deliberately to stay, on your own terms, is a legitimate outcome.
Do I have to do the Snapshot first?
Not at all. It's free, it takes about a minute, and you can do it before our conversation, after it, or not at all.
How much time does it take?
A session a week, plus whatever you choose to do between them. The work between sessions is where most of the change happens.
What if it isn't right for me?
You can stop at any point and any unspent fee is returned. No questions, no awkwardness.
Start with a conversation, not a commitment.
Thirty minutes to work out where to focus first — and whether we'd work well together.
